TRPH Hospital adopts new treatment technology for treatment without surgery using special equipment "Angiography Bi-plane" which is the first and the only Bi-plane in a private hospital (in the south of Thailand). This equipment supports all 3 parts of the procedure, namely the heart, brain and other parts of the body

Vascular radiology examination Angiography is a standard diagnostic radiology procedure in the diagnosis of atherosclerosis. This is more accurate than computed tomography (CT) or electromagnetic resonance (MRI) scans.

This special tool allows the doctor to see the pathology of the patient's body, including the blood vessels in the body
and relying on the capabilities of this machine  which makes it possible to diagnosis and treatment using various small tools such as catheters, needles
or equipment combined with radiation therapy (Intervention). This treatment is possible without surgery which is a modern method in today's medical field
resulting in faster recovery time for the patient. Also, the wound is smaller and there are fewer complications.

Because there are many types of procedures in combination with radiotherapy. Procedures performed at TRPH Hospital
Divided into 3 groups:

Diagnosis and treatment of heart disease Cardiovascular: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
1. Coronary angiography (CAG)
2. Inject the heart tube and dilate the blood vessels through the catheter. (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) and stent)

Neurology
- Diagnosis and Treat cerebrovascular disease ischemic stroke
Cerebral angiogram is a procedure where a catheter is inserted into the aorta and injecting 'contrast media' into the blood vessels to look at the abnormalities in various points. Moreover the use of this Bi-plane (Angiogram) will give more accurate results than the examination of blood vessels with computed tomography
The procedures available include:
- Diagnostic Cerebral Angiography: Diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease with a 2-plane X-ray machine.
- Machanical Thrombectomy: A procedure to remove a blood clot in a cerebral artery through a catheter to open blood vessels to allow blood supply to the brain

Cancer group treatment / other part of the body. (Intervention Radiology) such as
- Thermal imaging (RFA) hepatocellular carcinoma treatment
- Direct tranarterial chemoembolization (TACE) hepatocellular chemotherapy
- Biopsies or suction of fluids for laboratory examination
- Percutaneous Drainage PTBD drainage
- Insertion of a urinary drainage tube
- Injection to examine blood vessels
- Injecting a substance into a blood vessel to stop bleeding in case of heavy bleeding
- Retraction of foreign bodies from blood vessels/ducts retrival /snare retrival
- Balloon dilatation angioplasty and insertion of  stent
